Privacy
This page is a single invitation to a private party. It exists to tell you when and where, and to let you say whether you are coming. This notice explains what happens to the two pieces of information you give us if you do.
Who is responsible
Inverse Digital Design Studio GmbH, Liebenwalder Str. 16, 13347 Berlin, Germany.
Questions, corrections and deletions:
hello@inversestudio.io.
What we collect, and only when you RSVP
- Your name, so we know who is on the list.
- Your email address, so we can send you the practical details and tell you if anything changes.
- The time you submitted and the browser user-agent string sent with your request, kept as a basic guard against automated submissions.
That is the whole list. There is no account, no newsletter, no advertising, and we do not ask for anything else. If you never open the RSVP form, we collect nothing at all.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the RSVP form — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing it does not affect anything we did with the data beforehand.
Cookies and tracking
None. This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts, and does not profile you. That is also why you were not asked to dismiss a banner.
Who else sees it
The site is hosted on Vercel Inc., which processes the technical request data needed to serve a page (including your IP address) and holds the RSVP entries. Your RSVP is delivered to us by email through Resend. Both act as processors on our instructions. Where processing involves a transfer outside the EU/EEA, it is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until the party is over and the practicalities are settled — at the latest 31 October 2026, after which the guest list is deleted. Ask sooner and we will delete your entry sooner.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, a portable copy, and you can object to processing or withdraw your consent. Write to hello@inversestudio.io and we will handle it. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in our case the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
